Michele Phelan, RA, LE, CNC,
Executive Director &
Clinical Aesthetics Educator
Michele Phelan has been a licensed, practicing esthetician for over 36 years. She has taught esthetics at every level including; State Board, clinical/medical and CIDESCO. Michele writes the core curriculum and teaches the Clinical esthetics portion of our innovative and highly advanced program. Michele holds a B.A. Business Administration from SFSU and is also a certified nutrition coach.
Cat Cambell
Instructor
Kat has over twenty years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She holds a CIDESCO certification, the world’s most prestigious qualification in aesthetics and beauty therapy. Kat received her esthetics educator’s certification from the Aveda Institute, and started her educator journey as a CIDESCO and intro to aesthetics instructor at the Cinta Aveda Institute. She possesses twelve advanced aesthetic certifications and has deep knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and treatments for acne and pigmentation.
Navdeep Kaur
Instructor
Navdeep Kaur is an experienced Clinical Esthetician. She operates her own private practice.Navdeep specializes in Threading, a unique form of hair removal. She developed a great deal of her advanced esthetics techniques in Chandigarh, India. She brings her unique teaching style to the classroom.
Maria Lorenzi
Instructor
Maria Lorenzi has been an Esthetician instructor for over thirty years. She helped facilitate and launch the first CIDESCO program in the state of California. Maria is a CIDESCO diplomat, CIDESCO instructor as well as an examiner. She earned her massage certification from the National Holistic Institute and she is a certified permanent make up artist and a master of para-medical makeup. She is a three time make up artistry winner of the San Francisco Beauty and Trade Show.
Kimberly Rierson
Instructor
Kimberly has had the pleasure of being an esthetician for over 8 years, and performing lash extensions for nearly 7. Having learned her lashing craft from a very talented artist in Seattle, she was able to hone her craft under her tutelage for a year before breaking out on her own.
