Position Overview:
As an aesthetician at Marin Medical Aesthetics, you will deliver state-of-the-art skincare services in a luxurious, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of medical-grade treatments, excellent customer service skills, and a deep commitment to enhancing each client’s confidence and beauty.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic services.
Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products to support their goals.
Assist in pre- and post-treatment care for advanced medical aesthetic procedures, such as laser treatments, microneedling, and injectables.
Maintain detailed client records and track progress toward their aesthetic goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques to bring cutting-edge knowledge to our practice.
Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols to provide a safe and clean environment for clients.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as an esthetician.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetic or high-end spa setting.
Advanced training or certification in medical-grade skincare treatments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines and products.
Passion for delivering exceptional client care with a luxury touch.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
